Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Scramblio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Scramblio. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

Scramblio is a multiplayer word scramble game. Features include real-time matches, virtual coins, daily rewards, leaderboards, matchmaking, and optional account registration. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You may play as a guest or create a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Account screen. Deletion is permanent and removes your authentication credentials and personal profile data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Scramblio uses a virtual coin economy. Coins have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable outside the app except as we expressly allow.

Match entry fees create a pot; the winner receives the pot minus any platform fee disclosed in the app. Coin balances may be adjusted for bugs, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

In-app purchases, when available, are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow the platform's refund policies — we do not control third-party refund decisions.

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts, forfeit coins, or remove leaderboard entries for violations.

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized automation
• Harass, threaten, or send abusive chat messages
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or rewards
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Scramblio, its branding, UI, code, and content are owned by EncodeEra SRL or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION. MULTIPLAYER FEATURES DEPEND ON NETWORK CONNECTIVITY AND THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRAMBLIO STUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where EncodeEra SRL operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may still apply.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
